Influencer Player One is a satirical, fan-driven cultural-research observatory. It is built for fun, commentary, and academic discussion. Nothing on this platform constitutes a financial product, a security, a gambling instrument, or investment advice.
1 · Satire, parody & commentary
All creator dossiers, scores, "Cheer / Side-eye" votes, and "Cultural Pulse" indexes are commentary protected under US Fair Use (17 U.S.C. § 107), UK Fair Dealing for parody and criticism (CDPA s.30A), and the EU InfoSoc Directive Art. 5(3)(k) parody exception. Public figures depicted here are referenced for purposes of commentary, criticism, and cultural research only.
2 · No money, no trading, no gambling
There is no real-money trading, no token, no peer-to-peer wager, no prediction market, and no betting product on this site. "Cultural Pulse", "VAI", and all leaderboards are sentiment estimates and entertainment scores only. Squads and Roast Battles are non-monetary fantasy games.
3 · EU AI Act Art. 50 · AI-generated content
Any image, voice, or video on this site that is wholly or partially AI-generated is labelled as such, in line with EU AI Act Article 50 (transparency obligations). The Gallows Ledger (digital-gallows.apex-infrastructure.com) provides a public audit trail for our Apex PSI predicate hashes.
4 · Data sources
All data is derived from publicly accessible sources: official platform APIs, public posts, Wikipedia, and press coverage. We do not scrape behind authentication walls and we do not store private messages or non-public data.
5 · Creator opt-out / right of reply
Any depicted creator (or their authorised representative) may request removal or correction of their dossier by emailing legal@apex-infrastructure.com with proof of identity. We aim to action verified requests within 7 days. Creators may also submit an official statement to be pinned to their dossier ("Right of Reply").
6 · Trademarks & logos
All trademarks, handles, and platform names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.
7 · User-generated content
Squad picks, chat messages, and votes are submitted by users at their own discretion. Influencer Player One is a neutral host and is not responsible for user-posted content. Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or threats will be removed and may result in account termination.
8 · Age rating
This site is intended for users aged 18 and over. Some commentary may be adult in tone.
9 · Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influencer Player One and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of, or reliance upon, any information on this site.
